As like that of hand, feet, face etc. it time to take care of your body.
Scrubbing is a beautiful treatment which gives glow and life to your skin since waste and dead cells are removed by this process. So enjoying scrubbing with these recipes and have atleast twice a week.

MOISTURIZING BODY SCRUB
·1/2 cup liquid glycerin
·1/2 cup water
·2 1/2 to 3 cups sugar or salt (white sugar, brown sugar, or table salt)
·1 teaspoon solid coconut butter or solid coconut oil
·6 drops of essential oil of your choice, or combine several (not to exceed 6 drops)

Combine glycerin, water, and one cup of sugar or table salt until the salt/sugar has mostly dissolved. Add the remainder of the sugar/salt until you have a rather pasty mixture, at a consistency you prefer. Meanwhile, melt the coconut butter or oil in a small container, in your microwave. MELT, but do not overheat. Stir the melted coconut oil into your sugar mixture, and stir well. Last, add the six drops of essential oils of your choice, stirring to blend. Melt and add more coconut butter or oil to reach your desired consistency. Transfer your mixture to an airtight container or jar, and cool until slightly thickened. Use as an after shower or after bath moisturizing body scrub.

SWEET BROWN SUGAR BODY SCRUB:

Polish your body to a sparkling healthly glow and moisturize it to softness at the same time with this easy to make brown sugar body scrub. You probably have everything you need in your kitchen cupboards and just minutes away from beautifully touchable skin!

·1 cup dark brown sugar

·1/4 - 1/2 cup olive oil

·1/4 tsp vanilla fragrance oil (optional)

Mix the sugar and oil together in s small bowl. Add enough olive oil to moisten the sugar, plus enough to make it into a nice feeling, moisturizing scrub. Add the vanilla fragrance oil, if desired. Apply liberally in the shower, gently rubbing it into your skin. Rinse with warm water.

FRUIT SALAD BODY MASK:

This may sound as if you're pouring a smoothie for the skin -- and you are -- but for good reason. Pineapple contains bromeliad, a protein-digestive enzyme which helps rid the skin of dead cells and dirt. It also counteracts histamines, has anti-inflammatory properties, and is a mild astringent. Grapes are rich in PCOs which provide protection against harmful UV rays, and, are anti-oxidents. Bananas have loads of vitamins, calcium and essential nutrients which keep the skin smooth and soft. Kiwi is high in vitamin C and has enzymatic properties. Honeydew is both soothing and hydrating.

·2 slices pineapple - rind removed
·1/2 med. honeydew melon - rind removed
·1 doz. green grapes
·1 med. banana – peeled
·1 med. kiwi fruit – peeled

Puree all ingredients in food processor. Mixture will be slightly lumpy. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Smooth onto body and/or face, leaving on for half an hour. This is an ideal treatment to use poolside, where lounging is assuring. Rinse off with tepid water, or an outdoor shower.

ALMOND-OATMEAL SCRUB:

Almond meal and oatmeal slough off dead skin cells, as sage tones. Whole-milk yogurt reinforces with the oil naturally released from the almonds during scrubbing to replenish the skin's natural moisture.

· 2/3 cup coarse ground almonds
· 1/3 cup dry fine oatmeal
· ½ tsp dried sage
· plain full-fat yogurt as needed

Instructions
Add almonds, oatmeal, and sage to food processor or blender and grind on pulse until they reach the consistency of course meal. Keep covered and cool in an airtight container until ready for use. Upon each use, take medium-sized handful (around 1/4 cup) of the mixture and combine with enough yogurt to form a thick paste. Rub gently over skin with a washcloth or loofah sponge and rinse with cool water. Follow with gentle moisturizer.

LEMON SALT GLOW:

Sea salts bring a healthy glow to dull, dry skin,.which may then benefit as much from the antioxidant properties of lemon as the rich nutrition of almond oil.

· ½ cup sea salt
· ½ cup sweet almond oil
· ½ tsp finely grated lemon zest

Instructions
Combine all ingredients, taking extra care not to let any water touch the ingredients, as it will dissolve the salts. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Before showering, swirl ingredients together with fingertips to reintegrate, then apply to body in firm scrubbing motion with hand or soft washcloth. Step into the shower and let power of the water stream rinse off the mixture. (Particularly effective as an exfoliant and moisturizer for a smooth, nick-free shave.)

TROPICAL SUGAR SCRUB:

Sugar granules gently remove dead skin cells, which are in turn nourished by the combined power of coconut, mango, and orange.

· 1 cup white sugar
· 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
· 1/4 cup fresh mango puree
· 1 cup coconut oil

Instructions
Mix sugar into coconut milk until evenly distributed before stirring in lemon juice and mango puree. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. When ready to use, scoop out a generous amount of sugar scrub and rub with open palms into skin. Rinse well.

Enjoying the bath will helps you to relax and refreshens your mind. So have a relaxed bathing at least once a week.
